What gets collected
When you complete the qualification questions: your name, company, city and state, email address, mobile number, and the answers you select about your software, revenue band, timing and budget. Standard web analytics (page, referrer, approximate location from IP, device type) are also recorded.
Why
To determine whether your business qualifies, to check whether another HVAC company in your market is already a client, to contact you about your enquiry, and to schedule a call. Submissions from businesses that do not qualify are retained too, so that a shop that comes back later isn't asked the same questions twice.
Who it goes to
Data is stored in a customer relationship management system operated on our behalf and is used only for the purposes above. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers used to run this site and send email process data under contract and only on instruction.
Messages you receive
Submitting the form means you may be contacted by email, phone or text about your enquiry. Reply STOP to any text to end texts. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
Request a copy of what's held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing the address on the contact page. Requests are actioned within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with comparable laws have these rights by statute; they're extended to everyone here regardless.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact, then deleted, unless a client relationship exists - in which case records are kept for as long as required for tax and contractual purposes.
